April 24, 2008 — The madam charged with running a high-priced Manhattan prostitution ring should be set free because prosecutors haven’t revealed the X-rated details of her hookers’ liaisons with their wealthy clients, a lawyer said yesterday.

“District Attorney Robert M. Morgenthau has attempted to serve up a beef-less indictment . . . without detailing the specific manner, time and the place of the conduct underlying the accusations,” said Mark Jay Heller, who represents alleged madam Kristen Davis.

That’s why, he said, his client “must be freed immediately.”

Davis, 32, was busted on March 25 when NYPD vice cops broke up the call-girl ring – which was called “Wicked Models” and has since been linked to former governor Eliot Spitzer.

Her alleged second-in-command, Grace O’Toole, 24, who arranged the trysts, was arrested four days later.

Davis is being held on $2 million bail on charges including money laundering and promoting prostitution.

O’Toole, who was charged with promoting prostitution, is free on $25,000 bail.

In his motion, Heller argues that the law “requires sufficient precision in the drafting of charges” to provide a defendant “with sufficient information as to the nature of the charge and the underlying conduct complained of.”

A Morgenthau spokeswoman said the DA’s Office will file its answer in court.
